The Bent Northrop Memorial Library Trustee Board consists of five Fairfield citizens elected by the public for either two or three-year terms.

The board conducts a hybrid meeting on the third Thursday of every month at 4:30 p.m. in the community room or via Zoom. In order to better serve our community, the Board of Trustees created a long-range plan for library services. To best align our plan with our community needs, we engaged in a range of activities to gather feedback consisting of individual surveys, casual conversations, and structured group discussions. The input we received from community members guided the creation of our strategic plan. Thank you to all who participated.
