HOW TO GET A LIBRARY CARD
Adult Accounts: Visit us to apply in person and speak to the librarian on duty. They can sign you up right then and there. If it is busy, and you don't have time to wait, we can provide a paper application to fill out and leave with us. ID is not required.
Child Accounts:
Children must be accompanied by the adult who will be responsible for the care and return of borrowed items. We can provide your child with a paper application for you to complete and return.
Teen Accounts: For patrons aged 12-17, libraries must ask for consent to allow their guardians to have access to their account details. (Act 150/s.220) The reason for this privacy policy is to allow minors to access information on potentially sensitive topics such as mental health, addiction, or abuse, without fear of parental oversight.
